How Your Coating Gets Installed
1. Wash & Decontamination
Pre-wash, pH-neutral contact wash, iron remover, and clay bar strip bonded salt and road grime so nothing gets sealed under the coating.
2. Paint Correction
One to three stages of machine polishing remove swirls and oxidation, then a solvent panel wipe leaves bare clear coat for maximum bond.
3. Coating & Cure
System X is applied panel by panel under inspection lighting, levelled, and cured. You leave with aftercare guidance and a registered warranty.

How long does a ceramic coating actually last?
It depends on the System X product. Crystal (Bronze) carries a 2-year warranty, Pro+ (Gold) carries 6 years, and Max G+ HyperGloss (Diamond) carries 8+ years. These are written warranties registered to your vehicle.
Is it worth it on a regular daily driver?
Yes, arguably more than on a weekend car. A daily driver takes the full brunt of Kingston winters: salt, brine, sand, and freeze-thaw cycling every day for months.
Why does the price include paint correction?
A ceramic coating is optically clear and semi-permanent, so it locks in whatever is underneath it. Every package includes decontamination, clay bar, and machine polishing before the coating goes on.
Can I still take it through a car wash?
You can, but automatic washes with spinning brushes are what put swirl marks into paint in the first place. Touchless washes are fine, and a proper hand wash is better. Maintenance washes start at $55.
How long does the appointment take?
Bronze runs 4-6 hours, Gold 5-6 hours, and Diamond 6-8 hours, plus curing time before the vehicle sees weather.
What if my paint is already faded or oxidized?
That is usually recoverable. Multi-step correction removes the oxidized layer to reveal healthy paint underneath, and the coating prevents it from happening again.
