Ceramic Coating for Wheels & Brake Components

The hardest-working surfaces on your car deserve the toughest coating.

Nothing on your vehicle suffers like the wheels. Every drive coats them in hot, metallic brake dust that bonds to the finish; every Kingston winter adds a crust of salt and brine packed into places a wash mitt cannot reach. Left alone, that combination pits clear-coated wheels and corrodes bare metal, and a set of replacement wheels costs far more than protecting the ones you have. System X's dedicated wheel coating is formulated for exactly this environment. It withstands the high temperatures wheels and calipers generate while creating a slick, chemically resistant barrier that brake dust and salt cannot bond to. Wheels stay cleaner between washes and rinse clean in a fraction of the time, with a 2-3 year warranty depending on conditions. We coat the full wheel face and barrel, and painted calipers can be protected too. Available on its own or included in the Diamond ceramic package.

Our Wheel Coating Process

Stage I: Deep Wheel Decontamination

Iron remover dissolves embedded brake-dust particles, followed by degreasing and detailing of the face, spokes, and inner barrel.

Stage II: Prep & Inspection

Each wheel is panel-wiped and inspected, coatings only bond to perfectly clean surfaces, and wheels hide contamination better than any other part of the car.

Stage III: High-Temp Coating Application

System X wheel coating is applied to every accessible surface and cured, creating protection that survives heat cycles and winter chemistry.
