The order matters: we deep clean and extract the interior first, because ozone neutralizes odour but does not remove the source material producing it. Our Odour Removal Process
Stage I: Remove the Source
Full interior deep clean and extraction. Ozone cannot fix a smell that is still actively being produced by contamination in the carpet or seats.
Stage II: Sealed Ozone Cycle
The vehicle is sealed and treated with ozone on a timed cycle, with the ventilation system run so treated air reaches the ductwork.
Stage III: Air Out & Verify
The cabin is fully ventilated until the ozone dissipates and safe to occupy, then we confirm the odour is genuinely gone before handover.
