Brake dust comes off a track session far hotter and more embedded than street driving produces and will pit wheel finishes permanently if left. The right response is chemical decontamination rather than aggressive scrubbing: iron remover dissolves the embedded brake dust, dedicated solvents release rubber and tar without scratching, and a clay bar pulls out what remains. Our Post-Event Process
Stage I: Chemical Decontamination
Iron remover and dedicated solvents dissolve embedded brake dust, rubber pickup, and tar so nothing abrasive gets dragged across the paint.
Stage II: Wheels & Underbody
Wheel barrels, wells, and accessible underbody areas are cleaned where fluid residue and tyre debris collect out of sight.
Stage III: Inspect for Etching
Bug and fluid etching is assessed and polished out where the clear coat allows, before the marks become permanent.
